Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business with Printful, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We take pride in offering high-quality custom items, and if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item is defective or damaged, please provide us with photos of the issue, and we will work with Printful to resolve the problem. We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Incorrect Orders:
If you received the wrong product, size, or design, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that customized items (e.g., personalized designs) are not eligible for returns unless there is a printing error or defect.
